 Hello! I will talk about this news.

I think Japan’s new banknotes are a good idea. They help stop people from making fake money. This is important because fake money is a big problem. The new banknotes have special holograms. These are hard to copy. Also, the new money is easier to read for old people. This helps everyone use money safely. I like that the new bills have famous people from Japan. It is good to learn about Japanese history this way. Some people still like to use cash, not only cards. So, I think this change is smart and helpful for many people. 

However, I got too used to the old banknotes. I liked the colors and designs of the old ones more. When I use the register at my part-time job, it is hard because the new and old bills don’t face the same way!

    I wonder how long before all of the old bills are gone forever. Do you remember the 2000 yen? They are very pretty!

 Hello! Today I will talk about this news . On April 8, 2025, a roof collapsed at the Jet Set nightclub in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. About 500 people were in the club at the time. Around 231 people died and more then 200 people were hurt. On that day, the popular singer who was performing and the former Major League Baseball player were also victims. The accident is believed to be caused by the building's weak structure from a past fire and problems with the roof supports.  There was a similar case not too long ago. In Japan, on January 28, 2025, a road in Yashio City, Saitama, sank and a truck fell into a hole. The cause was said to be a broken, old sewer pipe.  What we can learn from these accidents is how important it is to find old infrastructure early and take care of it. April 14, 2025 - Funny Videos!

Hello!   This video teaches you how to use Touch Designer.  He showed me the operation screen, w e can make it together by watching this video.   I am currently learning how to use Touch Designer, so this video is very useful.  If you make it as shown in the video, many lines will move freely.  That creates a very strange expression.  But this video is difficult for me... Because I'm not used to it yet. Even if you do it at the same time as the video, you may miss something. I'll do it very carefully while pausing the video.  I can't wait for it to be completed!

April 21, 2025 - Let's Eat!!

Hello! I want to talk about colcannon.   What is colcannon? It is a traditional dish from Ireland .  It’s made with floury potatoes, shredded cabbage, pungent green onions and a generous helping of butter and milk.   People often eat it on Halloween night. I think that is very interesting! I like this recipe . The food looks so delicious in the pictures. The recipe is easy to understand because the website has clear steps and nice photos. In Japan, I think colcannon is a little like potato salad. But it is also different. When I make potato salad, I mix in mayonnaise instead of butter. Furthermore, I have never put  shredded   cabbage and   pungent green onions and  butter in potato salad.   That sounds new and fun! I really want to try colcannon someday. I think I will like it a lot!
